Provides leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring consistency, support, and strong relationships.
Therapeutic Lead
Mental Health & Wellbeing
Delivers therapeutic support and promotes emotional wellbeing through tailored, trauma-informed approaches.
Staff Training & Development
We invest in our team to ensure children receive the highest quality care. Our staff complete regular training in safeguarding, therapeutic approaches, behaviour support, first aid, mental health awareness, and more.
